Every time I try to print it asks me to save no matter what programme I am in, save to file box is not checked, have tried the print doctor but have been going round and round in circles for three hours now. Tried to re install the drivers, but can't seem to get a straight answer for that either and it just wants me to install an app, which does nothing, have tried online assistant, again going round in circles. The printer was fine last time I used it, but it often seems to go wrong after a windows update and there never seems to be an easy way to fix it, but I used to be able to re install the drivers, but that options now seems to have gone.

Thanks for responding to me, my printer is the HP DeskJet 3630. I did eventually fix the problem having gone round and round in circles for seven hours and re registering my printer three times and downloading apps I didn't want. Eventually I deleted the printer entirely and re installed it, but this was not as easy as it sounds, and this does seem to be a reoccurring problem, it has happened many times to me that I don't use the printer for a while and then when I go to use it either something like this happens or more often than not I get a message saying it is offline and it looses it's connection and takes hours to put right. So I would be interested to know if there is a quick fix for this in the future.
