Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I did an update to the printer and after the update I could not print from my windows laptop but I still could print from my Android Samsung S-10+HP

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

 

If you are still unable to print, be sure to clarify the exact behavior or error shown when you are trying to print from your PC.
