Hi @AL19581,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 2332 All-In-One printer is not printing the scanned documents, there could be several potential issues to consider. Please try the following troubleshooting steps.

  • Check printer status: Ensure that the printer is turned on, has enough paper, and there are no error messages or warning lights on the printer's control panel.
  • Check ink or toner levels: Make sure that your printer has sufficient ink or toner to perform the printing job. Replace any empty or low cartridges if necessary.
  • Verify printer connection: Ensure that the USB cable connecting the printer to your laptop is securely connected on both ends. Try using a different USB cable or connecting to a different USB port on your laptop.
  • Restart printer and laptop: Power off your printer and laptop. Wait for a few seconds, then power them back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches.
  • Update printer drivers: Visit the official HP website and download the latest drivers and software for your printer model. Install the updated drivers on your laptop and try printing again.
  • Check print queue: Sometimes, print jobs get stuck in the print queue, preventing new documents from printing. Open the print queue on your laptop and cancel any pending or stuck print jobs. Then try printing a new document.
  • Test printing from another device: If possible, try connecting your printer to another computer or laptop to determine if the issue is specific to your current setup. This will help identify whether the problem lies with the printer or your laptop.
  • Reinstall printer software: Uninstall the printer software from your laptop, restart the system, and then reinstall the software from the official HP website. This can help resolve any software-related issues that may be causing the problem.
  • Check firewall or antivirus settings: Occasionally, firewall or antivirus settings can interfere with printing functionality. Temporarily disable these security features and attempt to print again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
