Product: HP OfficeJet 3831 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently relocated printer.  Now it doesn't print.  Says incompatible cartridge. Not so.  Hp cartridge.  Other functions work.  Unplugged & restarted unit. No go.  Turned off printer, computer, modem & router.  Unplugged all.  Turned everything back on after 10 minutes.  No go. Do I have to buy a new printer?

Also checked all wifi connections.  Have a strong signal.  Says printer is offline
