Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Chrome OS

When trying to scan a paper page on the printer, I get a message that I need software/drivers, and am directed to 123.hp.com/setup for downloads. But when I go to that site with my Chromebook computer, there is nothing of use to me on that site. So how do I get the printer to scan?

Hi.
I had similar issues with my HP Officejet 8014e.
I found that the software "HP Scan Extended" was the solution.
Just google search for this software.
I hope it works out.
