I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with connecting your printer to the network. Here are a few steps to help troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:
 

Check Network Configuration:
 

  • Ensure your printer is within the range of your Wi-Fi network.
  • Make sure your network password is correct, and the Wi-Fi is functioning properly.


Printer Restart:
 

  • Turn off your printer, unplug it, and wait for a minute before plugging it back in and turning it on.


Wi-Fi Router Restart:
 

  • Restart your router to refresh network connections and resolve minor connectivity issues.


Printer Settings:
 

  • Navigate to the wireless setup menu on the printer's display panel and follow the prompts to reconnect it to the Wi-Fi network. Ensure that the correct network is selected.


Software and Driver Updates:
 

  • Check if your printer firmware or drivers need updating. Visit the Official HP® Support for the latest software updates for your printer model.


HP App:
 

Troubleshoot with HP Support Assistant:
