Microsoft Windows 11

Ive just brought a new envy 6032e printer have Wi-fi connection to computer but have status as solid amber line and pritnter will not print!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I understand you are unable to print, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz? If yes, make sure the dual-band has different SSIDs for 2.4G and 5G networks.
  • What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
  • Could you share the picture of the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

  • On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds, this will restore the printer to the original network settings.
