macOS 15.0 Sequoia

I have an HP desk jet 4155e printer. The printer is updated, I performed the align printhead, and I have performed the regular and deep clean on the ink cartridges. I can run my finger across the ink cartridges and have ink on my fingers, but the printer is only printing blank sheets. There is no ink anywhere on the page. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Ok, if that doesn´t work then print a Status Report using the buttons on the printer front panel.

 

1. Follow steps from the next video:

 

2.  Check the printed page and that should look like the next one:

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
