My Samsung Galaxy S10+ cannot find my HP Deskjet 2600 Series printer with only a USB connection.

I do not have the WiFi password as I purchased my HP Deskjet Series 2600 printer which was preowned at Amazon.com and I am hoping to print from my Android mobile device using only a USB connection.

Are you trying to connect the printer through the printer's WiFi direct or through a router?
