I used the smart universal printer driver to install the driver for this product.

Now one user has an issue that Outlook client changes the saved printing preferences. In preferences a tray is selected. When the user opens the dialoguebox we can notice that on this machine only there is an issue between Outlook and HP-printing preferences. When we open the dialoguebox in like Acrobat Reader or Word: the printing preferences are intact.
