Hi @Azadurm,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're experiencing a continuous rolling or feeding issue with your HP LaserJet Pro M102a printer after printing a page. This could be caused by several factors, including printer settings, driver issues, or hardware problems. Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to address this:

1. Check Paper Settings and Condition

  • Make sure the paper you are using is within the specifications recommended by HP for your printer (type, weight, size).
  • Ensure that the paper is loaded correctly in the tray and that the paper guides are snug against the edges of the paper stack to prevent misfeeds.

2. Reset the Printer

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 1-2 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes resolve minor issues with the printer's internal memory and settings.

3. Update Printer Drivers  HP LaserJet Pro M102a Printer Software and Driver

  • Since you mentioned the HP LEDM (HP LaserJet M102a) does not have a driver, it's crucial to ensure you have the correct and up-to-date driver installed. Here’s how you can do it:
    • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page.
    • Enter your printer model (HP LaserJet Pro M102a) and select your operating system (Windows 10 64-bit).
    • Download the latest full feature software/driver package and install it on your computer.

4. Check Printer Settings

  • Open the Control Panel on your Windows 10 computer.
  • Go to Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your HP LaserJet Pro M102a printer and select Printer Properties.
  • In the Printer Properties window, check the settings under the Advanced and Device Settings tabs. Look for any settings related to paper handling and make sure they match the paper you are using.

5. Check for Firmware Updates Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Sometimes firmware updates can address bugs or improve performance. Check the HP support website for any available firmware updates for your printer model and follow the instructions to update it.

6. Inspect for Hardware Issues

  • If the problem persists after trying the above steps, there may be a hardware issue such as a faulty paper feed mechanism or sensors.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
