Subject: Installation Issue with HP laserjet Pro MFP M125/126 Series

Hello,

I have an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125/126 Series printer. I downloaded the Full Software and Drivers from the following link, but I have not been able to complete the installation successfully—it keeps getting interrupted with a message saying that the process is taking too long.
I also tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them, but now even the previously functioning scanner has stopped working. When I press the scan button, it says the scanner cannot be found.

Interestingly, I am able to print using the HP Print and Scan software by clicking the "Print Test Page" button.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?

Thank you in advance.

Hi @Robert489

Please install the next driver for your printer:

Also you can try with HP Print Doctor:
