Hello, I Have an HP pro m402 printer, Richo sp4510dn, and Richo sp212
the Richo printers are working well the HP printer has a problem with scaling
I have printed a 100 mm *100 mm cube on both Richo printers then I measure it with a digital caliper the cube is a perfect 100mm*100mm on Richo
but on HP cube is 100mm (x) *97mm (Y)
I've uninstalled the printer software from the root level on my PC and installed the full feature printer software. but same result
----
I think there are margins by default! how can i remove them
