HP ENVY Inspire 7221e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I tried to install my new ENVY7022e printer. All went well but in the end I got the message: can't install now. Close and reinstall. Then I say in the screen of the printer: updating the software (or something like that). Then the message: installing... but the printer did nothing.

Then in Windows printers, I see a printer "HP Delivery driver V4" with the status: offline. What printer is that? It stays always online and I could print nothing (although I print something and there was a row of print.

In my router devices, I see the ENVY Printer with a IP number. When I go directly to that ip, i see the app Instant Hp but everything is in status blocked by administrator.

In my laptop I go to devices and I add the envy printer. Now I can print and the printer envy is there as installed.

What is that HP delivery driver V4 ? Is that a driver or a kind of printer? Can I delete that printer? Shall the envy printer work normal?  Very confusing and what is that HP smart? Not very clear.

Someone sees it better than me?? Thx
