Product: HP Universal Print Driver PCL 6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019
Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade all my print server to the latest HP UPD PCL 6 drivers. I had the problem on my Windows 2016 servers, so I built a 2019 server and am still having the same problem:
I install the HP UPD PCL 6 driver using the 'Add Driver' in the Print Management mmc plugin. Then add a printer with a TCPIP port. When I right-click on the printer and select 'properties, I get the popup box below. If I enter an IP address I then get the error below.
This doesn't happen for the HP UPS PCL 5 driver. Any idea what's causing this?
Thanks!
