Good morning and sorry for the bad English.
I was having wireless connection problems between my HP 3831 printer and PC, I had to delete all HP software I had on my PC and reconnect the printer. I fixed the connection problems but I cannot use the scan anymore because I no longer have the software installed. I have downloaded all these programs (this link) but there doesn't seem to be the software I need. The HP Print and Scan Doctor also tells me that the scanning software is missing and sends me back to the link I indicated, but I cannot find the software and I cannot use the scan. On the PC there is the HP folder which contains only a "bin" folder with a file (HpCustPartic.exe) and two other files (HPDropBoxPlugin.dpo, HPGoogleDrivePlugin.pdo) and Scan Doctor. There are no other useful files for me. Maybe those drivers aren't complete? Can someone help me? Thank you!

Hi, thanks for the reply!
I downloaded and installed that software. But there aren't the programs I need. I used "HP SCAN", but it doesn't seem to be there.
