hi, i've tried many times to install hp printer essentials with a fresh up to date installation of catalina...with no results.

hp easy start absolutely don't work.

please can i have a link for download printer essentials B5-14-6???

I see that you have issues in configuring the printer on your computer. Here is the link https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-pro-mfp-m25-m27-series/9365411/model/93... to download the drivers for the printer.

 

If you have issues with HP Easy Start, refer to the document https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05291302 for help.
