hi there i have turned off quiet mode on the printer and within the HP app but it is still printing in quiet mode every time! i 've restarted both hp smart app and turned the printer on and off and STILL printing in quiet mode even though it is turned off!!!!
i have to manually go to the printer and click on the screen to turn off quiet mode . help!

When you have turned off Quiet Mode on your HP printer and within the HP Smart app, but the printer still prints in Quiet Mode, it can be frustrating. Here are some additional steps you can take to resolve this issue:
1. Check Printer Settings Directly on the Printer:

- Go to the printer's control panel screen.
- Navigate to Quiet Mode:
- Locate the Settings menu, and find the option for Quiet Mode.
- Ensure that Quiet Mode is turned off directly on the printer's screen.
2. Update Printer Firmware:
- Download and Install Firmware:
- Go to the HP Support Website and search for your printer model.
- Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer. Download and install it following the instructions provided.
- Firmware updates can sometimes resolve issues related to settings not being properly applied.
3. Reset the Printer to Default Settings:
- Resetting Settings:
- Access the settings menu on the printer control panel.
- Look for an option to restore factory defaults or reset settings. This will revert the printer to its original settings.
- Reconfigure the Printer:
- After the reset, reconfigure the printer, including connecting to your Wi-Fi network and disabling Quiet Mode again.
