I have an Envy 7155 printer with wifi that is installed on both a desktop computer and a Surface Pro 3 laptop. The printer works from both computers. Under Printers and Scanners on the Surface Pro with Windows 10, it lists
"HP ENVY PHOTO 7100 SERIES PCL-3 (NETWORK)"
"HP 70E038 (HP ENVY PHOTO 7100 SERIES)"
"Driver is unavailable"
Why are there two entries for one printer and why is it working with the "Driver is unavailable" message?
Thanks, Tom

Welcome to HP support community.
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.

I have tried the same solution, but when I try to remove/delete my printer in the first step, I get this message: "This device is not associated with any app". I have never had any problem with this printer before, it has worked perfectly. Suddenly the driver is missing?

Provide the printer model number or the product number?
Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?
