Hi. I have a problem with my printer. I have downloaded Easy Start for my mac and installed drivers with it. Now when I'm trying to print something I am always getting the error "Filter failed", sometimes it is a little bit different but it always says about "filter". Scanning works perfectly. I have already tried everything, I've been googling the error for about 3 hours and nothing works. Please help me

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a filter failed error on the Mac computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.
-
Go to https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip, and then click Download.
-
After the software downloads, open HP Easy Start.
-
Click File, and then select Uninstall HP Software... from the menu.
Figure : Select Uninstall HP Software...
-
Read any warnings that display, and then click Continue.
-
When prompted, type your administrator user name and password.
-
HP Uninstaller removes all HP printer software previously installed.
-
If you are reinstalling the HP printer software, click Set Up New Device, and then follow the instructions to install the printer with HP EasyStart.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
