Hello, I have been trying to download the HP Smart app to install a new printer. Unfortunately, the button to get the app is absent.

I have updated the PC to the latest version of Windows 11, checked that the time and region are correct, cleared the store app cache, reset the store app, signed out and in, restarted my PC and done some kind of optimizing download thing, for which I restarted the PC and now don't know where to find anymore.

I checked if the button appeared after each step, but nothing worked so far. 
I am not using a VPN, the computer is connected to a personal hotspot from an iPhone which has worked for all the other downloads.

The "get it" button is there for other apps like WhatsApp and Telegram, but not HP Smart.

Thanks for any suggestions.
