So I bought a HP OfficeJet Pro 8020, and installed the drivers, set it all up, and now the printer screen has been stuck on "The HP Software is setting up your printer" for over an hour now.
Is this normal? Should I restart the set up?
I don't wanna turn it off and mess it up somehow.

Hi @DakotaK94
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printer setup.
Let's try these steps to reset the printer -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I have an Officejet pro 9013 and cannot use it as the printer displays " The HP software is setting up your printer...." I have tried removing the cartridges and leaving the printer off for 10 minutes. I have also upgraded the firmware. When I try to use the printer, windows 10 report "No printer drivers installed, would you like to install them". Please help.
