I'm the first and only owner of my printer I'm the one who set it up on my account yet whenever I click on my printers it always tells me that I don't have any printers and I can't figure out how to get it on there right now I'm in a situation where I need my print history and when I Googled it it told me that I have to go to the my printer section but I can't because I don't have a printer in that section

Hi @Mollaaaayyy,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?
- Have you tried logging into your account from a different device or browser to see if the printer appears there?
- Did you register the printer using the same email address you are currently using to log in?
- Do you recall receiving any confirmation email or notification when you initially registered the printer?
- Have you ever been able to see the printer in the "My Printers" section, or has it always been missing?
- Are you accessing the printer settings through the HP Smart app, HP account website, or another platform?
- Have you recently changed your account credentials, such as your email address or password?
Let's try these steps.
Restore default wireless settings on the printer.
On the printer control panel, make sure the wireless light is blinking and the power button light is bright. If the light is not bright, press the power button to wake the printer from sleep mode.
If the wireless light is not blinking, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button
at the same time for 3 seconds.
The wireless light blinks. Repeat these steps if the wireless light does not blink.
Immediately continue to the next step to install the software. You have approximately 120 minutes to complete the software setup using the HP auto wireless connect feature.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
