HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer

I changed the cartridges in my printer using ink from HP. I have them on subscription and had nothing wrong happen in the past. I download the latest drivers and firmware, and now HP Smart says "Printer Setup Incomplete". I have removed the cord, factory reset, uninstalled/reinstalled, shut down and and boot up, reset the router, etc., over and over again. Please help.

This did not work nor was this the correct model. I called the 1-800 number and was told that it was a known issue, and that it will resolve in one to two days.
