When I click on printer properties I get this message:  "Printer properties cannot be displayed. Access is denied."

I found the solution to the problem.  I use SoftXpand 2011 which allows me to connect several workstations to one PC.  I had to go to the configuration of SoftXpand and specify that the printer is shared among all terminals and not just assigned to one specific terminal.
