Hello, possible helpers, I bought a new HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer, unfortunately, when I try to print from a desktop computer I get the message "Selection conflicts were encountered". This is a photo print, I can't change the "Paper Size", it automatically suggests "Letter" there, even if I change the "Paper Source" to "Photo Tray", I also tried to add my own "Paper Source", but without success. Has anyone had experience with this, or can someone help me? My desktop now has Windows 10 Enterprise, and I am not too advanced in PC problems. Thank you!

Hi,
You should select the Main Tray for Letter sized paper, the Photo Tray is intended for small paper sizes only.
If you would like to use the Photo Paper, remove any paper from the Min tray and load the photo paper into the Photo Tray, close the tray and follow the steps on the printer screen to select the required Photo Size and Photo Type, then confirm the changes.
Now open the Photo and the Paper Size should switch accordingly and allow selecting the Photo Tray and the used paper size.

Hi ShlomiL,
thank you for your answer, unfortunately, it didn´t work. When I want to print regular papers, everything is ok, but when I want to print photos, there is still the same situation, if I use the option for "Photo Tray", it doesn´t allow me to change the "Paper Size". I tried it according to your suggestion about emptying regular paper, and put only Photo Paper, but it doesn´t work (the printer wants "Load Plain Paper"). I tried to turn-off, and turn-on printer, and restart the PC too, but no result - still the same. I really don´t know what I have to do.
