Hi @markfichera,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

The HP ENVY 6155e has basic copy features, including the ability to enlarge or reduce documents, but this must be done from the printer's control panel, not the HP Smart app.

How to Enlarge or Reduce Copies on the Printer

  1. From the Printer Control Panel (touchscreen):
    • Press Copy.
    • Choose Document or Photo.
    • Tap the Settings icon (⚙️ or slider).
    • Look for Resize or Resize to Fit Page.
    • Choose from options like:
      • Actual Size
      • Fit to Page
      • Custom (25%–400%)
    • Confirm your selection and start copying.

If "Resize" is missing or greyed out, the printer may need a firmware update or a reset.

Optional: Update Firmware (Recommended)

Outdated firmware may disable certain features. To update:

  1. Go to:
🔗 HP Envy 6155e All-in-One Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
  2. Download and install the firmware update tool.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your printer.

For Photos:

  1. Open the photo in the HP Smart App or the Photos app.
  2. Choose Print → then adjust scaling or layout options.
  3. You can also crop or resize before printing.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
