Hello, I bought a printer in South Korea that works just fine. But since then moved to Europe (Denmark) and ink cartridges are not available here. I did some research and found that in this region, the cartrigres are called INK Advantage 652 and I have bought these, and they do look exactly the same and fit inside the printer.
But the printer will not print, i get an error message that the cartridres do not fit the region setting of the printer.
Now I need help in changing the region stting of the printer, if this is at all possible? I am using a Macbook with OS Monterey, latest version.
I feel bad about giving up on the printer, as to my knowledge it is a working unit and the ink cartridges are brand new.

Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Keep me posted.
