Hi,
I have moved from the Uk in recent months. I walked with my printer (being a student and wanted a printer for home). As a result, i had to change from 302 (uk ink) to 63 ink. However, the printer says that the ink is compatible despite the research i did before purchasing. I have found out that the reason is that my Printer is registered in the Uk and needs a regional reset. I need to know what to do. I have tried contacting Hp via phone with no avail. I knw what to do , but i cannot get it done because i am not able to contact HP support without no results.

@JJMaxa, Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
