Hi Raj

I'm having the same problem with a HP Deskjet 3050A all-in-one j611 printer, which is out of warranty.

The original cartridges were #122 and were I'm now there are only #301xl cartridges. I send I message as instructed and had no reply so far.

Can you help please?

In which country did you purchase the printer?

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
