Product: HP deskjet ink Advantage 3700
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to regionalize my HP 3700 that I bought from Dubai last oct 2019 and shipped to Philippines to use compatible ink cartridge. Is there any download and setup I can get without warranty? do I need to buy new cartridge first to get new warranty?

i have connected to usb the printer. but there is no pop up when i ctrl shift right click in the ink level using 3700 HP assistant utility which i downloaded in HP DeskJet and Ink Advantage 3700 All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories here https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/lhasawl/DJ3700_Full_WebPack_40.12.1161.exe  ,Is this the correct software? i cannot do it in hp smart app since i am connected via usb. i am using the new cartridge which is why it shows incompatible ink. will it have a different code?
