HP psc 2175 all in one printer
Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Whilst printing got a paper jam then message remove and check cartridges, took out cartridges cleaned them and put back in but still same message. Then tried to clear by unplugging power cord for 60 secs and then replacing still message there.

This happened 2 days ago also but when printer was restarted later in week message had disappeared now have problem again.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve ink cartridge errors - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.

 

To clear a paper jam, refer to the steps from -  A 'Paper Jam: Clear Jam, and then Press Enter' Message Displays for the HP PSC 2100, 2110, 2170, and...

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
