Hi @Jg913

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand you're seeing an HP-related "Fix Now" pop-up and would like to remove it. I appreciate you reaching out, and if you've already tried any troubleshooting, please let us know what you've attempted so far so we can avoid repeating steps.

To better understand the situation before providing troubleshooting steps, could you please share:

  • What is the exact HP product model? (Printer or PC)
  • Where does the pop-up appear?
    • On your Windows desktop?
    • In the HP App?
    • In a web browser?
    • During startup?
  • What is the exact message shown in the pop-up? A screenshot or photo would be very helpful.
  • When did you first start seeing it?
  • Have you recently installed or updated any HP software?
  • Does the pop-up mention HP App, HP Support Assistant, printer setup, security, driver updates, or anything similar?

With these details, we can help identify whether the message is coming from an HP application, Windows notification, or another source and guide you with the most appropriate next steps.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
