I can help you with that! Here are the steps to remove and reinstall the software for your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer:

Removing the Software

  1. Disconnect the Printer: Ensure your printer is disconnected from your computer.
  2. Open Control Panel: Press the Windows key and type "Control Panel," then open it.
  3. Go to Devices and Printers: Navigate to "Devices and Printers" or "Printers & Scanners."
  4. Remove the Printer: Locate your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e, right-click on it, and select "Remove device" or "Delete." Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the uninstallation process
  5. Uninstall Software: Go to "Programs and Features" in the Control Panel, find the HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e software, and uninstall it.
  6. Restart Your Computer: Restart your computer to ensure all changes take effect.

Reinstalling the Software

  1. Download the Software: Visit the HP Support page for the HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e and download the latest drivers and software
  2. Install HP Smart App: Install the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store or directly from the HP website. This app will help you set up your printer, install drivers, and manage printing tasks
