remove offline HP printer from my account

How can I remove this printer from my account. Please note that this printer is not working anymore and can't be connected. The standard process of removing it does not work.

          Hello Nilo123456,

Select the Start button, then select Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners. Select the printer to uninstall. Select the Delete button. Then confirm that you really want to delete this device by selecting Yes.

thanks for your reply. I am not looking to remove the printer from windows. I want it removed from my HP account.

           Hello Nilo123456,

You must first cancel the subscription before you can remove the printer from your account. Log in to HP Smart. Select your printer, if you haven't already. Click Remove Printer. Confirm that you want to delete the printer.

please see the picture in my first post. there is no remove option. There is only a "Manage Printer Settings" and when I click it it just tells me how to re-add a printer that I have already thrown away.

I am starting to think that to only way to delete this printer is to delete my account.
