Hi Elohi_NR,

 

I have the exact same issue with my printer LaserJet Pro MFP M281cdw.

I have tried multiple time to reinstall the firmware (even downgrade) but still the message ¨Resend upgrade" after every restart.

Can you please share with me the procedure you are talking about in the below email.

 

Really appreciate your help... I am without printer since 3+ weeks. Thank you

If you have the time phone [Personal Information Removed] which connects you with HP tech support.  I worked with them 3 times before resolution.  Make sure you have automatic upgrades turned OFF so they don't send you the same farkled firm wear again.  Mr. Journe worked with me for over 3 hours until we got it to work.  We had to reset the laptop and I reset the printer ( turned it off then on) before the firm wear was sent.  The firm wear was down loaded at least 4 times before it worked.
