Hi @JOseHector,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to reset your HP Laser MFP 137fnw printer to its factory settings,

please follow these steps:

  • Turn off the printer: Make sure the printer is turned off before you proceed.
  • Press and hold buttons: Press and hold down the Resume and Wireless buttons simultaneously.
  • Turn on the printer: While still holding down the buttons, turn on the printer. Continue holding the buttons until the printer's LEDs begin to flash.
  • Release the buttons: Once the LEDs start flashing, release the buttons. The printer will reset to its factory settings.
  • Wait for reset to complete: The reset process may take a few moments. Allow the printer to finish resetting.
  • Configure the printer: After the reset is complete, you will need to configure the printer again, including setting up the wireless connection if necessary.

Please note that resetting the printer to its factory settings will erase all custom settings and configurations, including wireless network settings, so you will need to set those up again after the reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
