Someone used my printer and put in a password. I need to reset the password so I can get it connected to my wireless. We recently moved and changed Internet providers and now it is not working properly. Everytime I try to do something it asks for a password, which I do not have. Unfortunately the person who used the printer died.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.
Please do check your inbox on the communities page for the private message.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!

Thanks for your help. I actually found a video on YouTube that pretty much showed the same thing that you wrote but it didn't really say that your finger had to be in a certain spot on the screen. I did what it showed and it worked. I was then able to use the Wi-fi Wizard and get the wi-fi set up.
