HELP ME

It is incredible that HP support does not solve the problem.

this is the problem, when the web page gives an error you cannot activate the printer, because it does not print the pairing code again
"Enter your printer pairing code
Your pairing code is 8 letters. You'll find it on the control panel of your printer or on a recently printed page. Enter the code below".
but the printer does not reprint the pairing code page when it expires, it can't be that complicated to do it.
Thanks

Just bought 3 HP printers for a BUSINESS and cannot believe that I have to go through this B.S. pairing to get them working....... AND NONE OF THEM ARE DISPLAYING A PAIRING CODE OUT OF THE BOX.  I was already annoyed enough that it was REQUIRED that I go through this activation.

I will NEVER buy another HP printer again.  Are you serious?  Why am I on a support forum 20 minutes after pulling $1500 in printers out of the box?  This should have taken me 5 minutes.  **bleep**.  My display reads "This is taking longer than expected" and NEVER GIVES A CODE.

In the same exact situation. New business printer. on a support page... unacceptable. lazy software. I am returning it.

Same here! Very frustrating.

Someone figured it out?
