I tried to get an updated driver for an F380 inkjet. It would not install and the number to call for help [content removed]. I called, but no answer. Then a few minutes later a guy called saying they were sorry they could not answer but he could help with the driver problem. I downloaded AnyDesk and let him see what was wrong. I mean he had my number after I called support so I thought it legit. He said there is no driver up date so they would refund my money to my Chase account. Then I became suspicious and said no, and he hung up. They had conned the HP support number. My God. Could not find anyplace on HP to put this warning.
