Product: Envy photo 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Envy 7855 its in warranty. I get a message Scanner Feeder mispick detected. I tried cleaning the rollers and checked paper tray its all good. I tried to print and got nothing on it. I tried to call tech support and was turned over to virtual tech support which didn't help at all. I cant speak to a tech support. Virtual agent didn't supply me with a case number..nothing how can I get to a live agent? Im ready to throw this printer in the garbage.

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

If the issue persists we will attempt a semi Full Reset

 

I have sent the instructions to your Inbox

 

Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

 

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
