Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019
We recently purchased a new HP LaserJet Pro 4104dw printer for its multifunction capabilities. Our organization uses Windows Server 2019, and while the necessary drivers are available on the HP website, we are encountering a compatibility issue when trying to install the scanner software and drivers.
 
We require these specific software and drivers as Windows Server 2019 is our sole operating system. Prior to purchasing the printer, we verified its compatibility with our system on the HP website. If this incompatibility cannot be resolved, the printer will not be useful for our organization.
 
Could you please provide assistance in resolving this installation issue?
