HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer

Tenho uma multifunções HP Envy 4500 que sempre funcionou bem.

Porém, tive necessidade de fazer umas configurações avançadas e o acesso está bloqueado por uma senha e palavra-passe que nunca tive, nem nunca usei (não existe nenhum autocolante com user+pw dentro ou fora da impressora).

Falei com o apoio on-line que não resolveu o problema com "admin+12345678" ou "admin+00000000" (o que não me surpreende porque o acesso às configurações avançadas nuna esteve protegido e esta "novidade" resulta apenas da política de protecção de cartuchos da HP, o que inviabiliza o acesso a todas e quaisquer outras configurações).

Alguém teve problema igual?

Como foi resolvido?

O que fazer para voltar a instalar o software de instalação e ajuda quando estas máquinas foram produzidas?

I have an HP Envy 4500 MFP that has always worked well.

However, I needed to make some advanced settings and access is blocked by a password that I never had or used (there is no sticker with user+pw inside or outside the printer).

I spoke to online support and they did not solve the problem with "admin+12345678" or "admin+00000000" (which doesn't surprise me because access to advanced settings was never protected and this "new feature" is only a result of the protection policy of HP cartridges, which makes access to any and all other settings unfeasible).

Has anyone had the same problem?

How was it resolved?

What to do to reinstall the installation software and help when these machines were produced?
