I set up the printer and it was working fine except for the scan option. now, hp smart printing option only prints PDF. I tried opening word and then the doc but it will not print! is it safe to let a HP tech access my comp[uter?

Step 6: Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download and Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:
- Download the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool from the HP Support website.
- Run the tool to automatically diagnose and fix printing and scanning problems.
Step 7: Check Print Spooler Service
- Restart Print Spooler Service:
- Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Find the Print Spooler service, right-click on it, and select Restart.
Step 8: Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Remove Printer:
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select your HP ENVY Inspire 7255e and click Remove device.
- Reinstall Printer:
- Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers and software for your printer.
- Follow the instructions to reinstall the printer.
Step 9: Check for Windows Updates
