Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After changing OS from win 7 to win 10 my printer  stopped working today. Yesterday it worked normally with win 7. I could'n find any printer driver to solve it. Printer is serial type, not USB. Printer was connected to pc during the OS change.

What should I do?

Make sure that your serial ports are configured and working as a first step. A printer that old, likely you are venturing into the realm of something that has not been done that many times. Maybe someone else here will have attempted this type of connection and can provide direct feedback.

Serial port works because I tried with drivers for Deskjet 450. The printed paper doesn't include any readable text. Win 10 has a list of HP models for adding printer including for ex. Deskjet 450, Deskjet 500, Deskjet 500C, Deskjet 600, but only for Deskjet 450 the program found driver. Answer with Deskjet 500 was after 1-2 minute trying: Driver was not installed.
