Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

I brought my HP Envy 6055e with me from Ohio to NY. I just need to know what settings to go to get my printer to connect.  It says"Offline.  Looking for Printer".    I am not computer savy so I need basic instructions.  😊

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Please do a wireless reset and  then use HP Smart app to setup and connect printer to the network.
