Hi there! I moved to a different house and I need to assistance in getting my printer connected to a new wifi network. so far I cannot seem to get it to cooperate with me as I have used this printer in a different network.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to the new router, I am glad to assist you.

Restore network settings to default settings
● Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel
together for three seconds.

 

Follow the steps mentioned on page number 21 in this user guide to connecting the printer:- Click here
