  • Could you confirm which HP printer model you’re setting up when the WSP PIN prompt appears?
  • Are you seeing this PIN request during wireless setup on the printer’s control panel, or while adding the printer through the HP App on your computer/phone?
  • Is the PIN being requested from the printer itself, or from your router/network?
  • Have you already tried entering a PIN, and if so, what length did the printer or app accept or reject?
