I remote into my office and therefore use their server/internet.  

How can I connect the printer so I can use it from my office network.

Welcome to the HP Community --

 

Were it mine to do, I'd first check whether the company allows the removal of files from the office, even for the purpose of printing hard copies of their data on a home printer.  There might be legal concerns, in other words.

 

-- Remote Printing -- One possible solution --

Should you have a printer that is capable of Remote printing -- for example, an HP+ enabled printer or one of the select eligible non-HP+ printer models, consider using Print Anywhere.

 

-- Protected Documents --

Check whether the company will allow remote printing actions and / or the possibility that company files are protected against printing as might be the case for PDF documents, for example.  Print Anywhere cannot bypass built-in document security. 

 

-- Reminders --

  • HP Instant Ink and HP+ are two separate service contracts.
  • An HP Instant Ink subscription is not required as part of the HP+ setup or the HP+ service contract.
  • HP Instant Ink can be cancelled – Go to HP Instant Ink Support - Website 
  • Enabling HP+ makes permanent changes to the way you use your printer.  READ the details before enabling HP+ on your printer.
