Product: officejet pro 8028

Hello,

I have seen other peiple had this issue and it was resolved.  My new printer stops during setup on a "use SETUP cartrage" screen.  I just tried to **bleep** and the guy told me to return it. I know it has an easy fix if you know what settings to adjust. Please help me with this issue.

Hi @ganjaprincess13,

 

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
